Our garage door chain came loose last week.  Since then, I've had to put that door up and down manually, as the chain would not wind correctly.  It hadn't broken, so all I needed was to fix it.  It's not easy to lift or drop a heavy door while trying to do two other things at the same time.  I'm glad there was some yard scallops to hold one side down.  After about an hour and a half, the door now works operationally (as if Al Borland has fixed it :) ).  I'm exhausted now and am taking a break to wind down after finishing that.
